Warm “Oyster Nanban Soba”

It’s getting a little colder every day.
I had oysters from Hiroshima, so I made warm “oyster nanban soba.” Stir-fry the oysters and green onions in olive oil, then add to the Dashisoup stock and bring to a quick boil. Pour over hard-boiled soba noodles and serve.
Please enjoy a warm soba noodle on a cold night.
