A lovely couple enjoyed the soba noodle making experience.

A lovely couple came to make soba noodles.
They love soba noodles and would like to make them occasionally to enjoy together.
They were brimming with enthusiasm from the moment we started explaining how to make soba noodle.
“I love the smell of soba noodles,” said the man with great energy, while the woman delicately worked through the process of adding water, kneading, and rolling.
The woman smiled as she finished rolling the noodles into a mostly square.

They both ate the freshly made, boiled soba noodles and seemed satisfied, exclaiming, “They’re so delicious!”
They both commented,

“I want to be able to make them myself,”
“I wasn’t satisfied with how I cut them today, so I’ll try again next time,” and
“They’re completely different from the soba noodles I bought at the grocery store at last end of the year,”
all while finishing off the noodles in one go.
Making soba noodles is a lot of process to make good, so please come and make some with us again.
