Mama and her fifth grade of elementary school daughter are making soba noodles.

A fifth-grade girl who is good at cooking came with her mother.
Her father was also there and was in charge of taking photos.
Both of them did well with the water and kneading. Mum made it a little firm, while the girl made it just right.
Halfway through, the girl gave her mother some advice, “If you knead it lightly, the dough will be smoother.”
When they finished cutting to the end, they both had smiles on their faces.
Mum said, “Making soba was fun, and I’d like to do it again.” After they finished making the noodles, the three of them, including dad, ate the freshly made soba. Dad commented, “It’s fun to be able to eat a variety of noodles, both thin and thick.”

Please come and try with the three of you again.
