A family of three came to make New Year’s Eve soba noodles.

A couple and their daughter came to make soba noodles for New Year’s Eve.
This family loves soba noodles. Mom and daughter tried making them, while Dad took the pictures.
“The soba noodles from Horokanai, Hokkaido, are so white,”
“Soba noodles are quite delicate, unlike udon,” they said, as they skillfully continued to make the noodles.
The daughter has great dexterity and a great sense of style.
Both of them worked hard and finished cutting the noodles beautifully.

After boiling the freshly made soba noodles, they commented,

“They’re better than any other soba noodles!” and “I want to eat more!”
It’s really delicious when you make it yourself with delicious new soba noodles.
They took two four-serving servings as souvenirs and froze them to eat on New Year’s Eve.

Mom was thrilled to find a place offering such a wonderful experience so close by.
