Soba noodle making demonstrations and tastings continue at another facility in Chiba City.

On Friday, September 27, 2024, we held a soba noodle making demonstration and tasting event at Habitation Chiba in Chiba City. Nearly 30 people watched the demonstration of hand-made soba noodles, and we had a lot of fun while receiving many comments and questions such as, “Where did you harvest the buckwheat flour? (Produced in Horokanai, Hokkaido),” “How do you use rolling pins of different lengths?” and “You can make quite a lot with 1 kg of buckwheat flour.”
We boiled the freshly made soba noodles on the spot and had everyone try them, saying things like, “It’s delicious,” and “Thank you,” and once again, they ate everything.
