Delicious local soba miso is ready

This is a cross between new buckwheat berries from Nagano and Chiba no Megumi, a local miso from Sakura called Yamani Miso.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to soba noodles or japanese sake.

I’d like to serve it to customers who visit our place from now on.
