Two friendly ladies came to try their hand at making soba noodles.
As they were watering, they were fascinated by the process, asking questions like, “What shape will it be the first time?”, “How big will the grains be the second time?”, and “The smell of buckwheat is great.”
They both had a lot of fun making the soba, with various reactions like, “Rolling the noodles with a rolling pin is surprisingly easy!” and “Maybe I stretched them a little too much,” among others.
At the end, after finishing cutting the noodles, they each commented, “It’s surprisingly tiring,” and “Making sobe noodle at a restaurant must be tough every day.”
Then, after tasting the freshly made, boiled soba noodles, they made lots of fun comments like, “It’s delicious!!” and “It’s completely different from the soba I boil at home.”
After the meal, they continued to chat happily, as it had been a while since they’d last seen each other.
