The family had the experience of making soba noodles.

On November 10, 2024, a first-grade boy of elementary school, his fifth-grade sister, and their mother experienced making soba noodles at the Soba Making Salon Miyabi-an in Goi, Ichihara City.
The boy thought it was fun, his sister did it well, and his mother sometimes struggled, but tried watering, kneading, and rolling with a rolling pin. Finally, when the soba noodles were finished with soba cutting, everyone was smiling.
I boiled the soba noodles and they ate them. They were not satisfied with one serving, and asked for seconds, saying, “It’s delicious,” and “We don’t usually eat that much soba, but we eat a lot of fresh soba now.”
I think the family enjoyed the soba making and eating experience.
